Welcome to The Angler Issue 71. Oh, what a blast 2018 was and now its 2019. Time certainly awaits no man. While the sebaraus are still in season another thing that is also in season is the monsoon. The monsoon season bring lots of rain which drives water levels up supplying food such as insects, insect eggs, etc. for the fishes making the monsoon a good time to wet our lines. But with rising waters and hungry fishes also comes strong currents, flooded rivers, rough seas of which are dangerous to anyone including us anglers. So, while some may be returning to work with a new year’s mindset, those who are fishing; please stay safe out there.
