Abu Garcia recently launched a series of rods using colours as a design concept; the Abu Garcia Salty Nova Colors. This rod series concept is based on fun as in fun with colours. One of these rods is the Abu Garcia Salty Nova Colors Summer Blue jigging rod, a rod for light jigging.

Abu Garcia Salty Nova Colors Summer Blue jigging rod uses the colour blue or “summer blue” as the colour concept for the rod. Thus the rod come with generally two shades of blue on a glossy black background. The colour summer blue (of the rod) is a mid dark blue colour making that the main blue tone of the rod. The thread winding are a darker metallic kind of a blue with sliver thread as well. The branding sections of the rod is black carbon fibre wrap added to give it a sporting look.

Weight And Configuration

Made of carbon graphite the Abu Garcia Salty Nova Colors Summer Blue jigging rod is a lightweight rod that is very well balanced with an expensive feel. It comes with high quality EVA handles with the aft or back EVA section designed in a way as to provide a more confident hold between the arms and the body of the angler.

The Abu Garcia Salty Nova Colors Summer Blue jigging rod is a one piece rod. This gives it a consistent power curve of the backbone as well as consistent curve of the rod blank. Fuji guides are also better at dispersing heat that is created by the friction as the line rubs against the rings of the guides especially during battles.
